Firstly, we’ll be presenting the VeriSpector, a cost-effective AOI system designed for use on manual Through-Hole Technology (THT) assembly stations or automated THT production lines. With its advanced inspection capabilities, the VeriSpector ensures thorough scrutiny of THT components before they enter the wave or selective soldering machine, guaranteeing fault free assembly and optimal performance.
Plus, we’ll be showcasing the ISO-Spector M2, a full 3D Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) system enhanced with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The M2 3D AOI boasts the highest hardware specifications in the electronics industry and introduces a remarkably convenient and fast automatic programming method, achieving production-ready inspection results with very short cycle times.
Programming the ISO-Spector M2 3D AOI system is exceptionally easy and programmer-independent, thanks to Mek EZPro, the AOI Machine Programming software with AI. This ensures consistent inspection results, regardless of whether a beginner or an expert is programming the system. The AI learns the production process values of assembled and reflowed PCBs, recognizing defects based on hundreds of preset parameters. This is particularly beneficial for solder joints, which are typically the most difficult and time-consuming aspects to program in AOI systems.
Finally, we’re thrilled to introduce the MEK SpectorBOX X1, our ground-breaking modular 3D THT AOI solution. Leveraging MEK’s extensive expertise in THT soldering measurements, the SpectorBOX X1 offers direct volumetric 
measurements of solder joints across a variety of soldering systems, including selective, wave, robotic, pin-in-paste reflow, and manual soldering. Its compact design boasts impressive clearance on both the THT components and solder sides, enabling comprehensive 3D inspections for unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
