We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic new addition to our team at MEK Americas LLC! Please join us in welcoming Ma. Laine G. Mariquit, who will be taking on the role of Sales Engineer for the US, Canada, and Mexico regions.
Laine comes to us with a wealth of experience and expertise. With nine years under her belt as a Field Service Engineer at Daiichi Jitsugyo Inc (The DJK Group), one of MEK’s global distributors, she’s no stranger to our AOI and SPI machines. Laine has been working with MEK AOI systems since 2014 and has specialized in the 3D AOI since 2018. Her extensive experience includes installations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training.
At MEK Americas, Laine’s role will encompass a variety of responsibilities including sales activities, sales support, customer engagement, product knowledge, and technical support. She’ll be reporting directly to our Managing and Technical Directors, ensuring a seamless integration into our team.
Laine recently completed her training at MEK Europe, which has further solidified her deep understanding of our AOI products and services. We’re confident that her technical skills and customer service expertise will be a tremendous asset to our customers and team.
On a personal note, Laine is an avid explorer of different cuisines (though she draws the line at raw foods). She also enjoys playing badminton in her spare time. With her dynamic background, we know she’s going to be a great fit for our team.
