Building on the success of our S2 SPI system, the ISO-Spector S3 series utilizes multiple projector technology to calculate solder height information with precision. Its 360-degree ring light extracts the outline of solder paste on PCBs, ensuring highly accurate inspections. This combination provides reliable results crucial for error-free production.
Addressing PCB Warpage
PCB warpage can be a significant challenge in the inspection process. The S3 SPI systems address this with Z Axis Auto-Focus technology, which measures PCB warpage during inspection and automatically adjusts the camera height. This ensures precise imaging and consistent results, even with warped boards.
Real-Time Insights and Integration
Manufacturers benefit from the ISO-Spector’s live SPC data analysis capabilities. Offering live data on printing trends and distribution histograms, the machine enables swift diagnosis and correction of printing issues. With customizable resolution options, manufacturers can tailor inspection parameters to meet specific needs. The ISO-Spector S3 offers Standard Resolution for larger pads, High Resolution for smaller and finer-pitch pads, and Super High Resolution for the smallest and finest-pitch pads.
User-Friendly Operation
Ease of use is a key feature of the ISO-Spector S3 series SPI. The adjustable touch screen can be tilted up to 10° upwards and 25° downwards, allowing operators to find the most ergonomic position. Inspection programs can be created from Gerber data in as little as 3 minutes, and part number registration using mount data is easily achieved with offline programming software.

The ISO-Spector S3 series accommodates PCBs up to 510 x 510mm, with ample clearance on both the top and bottom sides. This design ensures maximum efficiency and versatility in handling various PCB sizes.
